Step 3: Purchase your own groceries
The average price of groceries is $75 or less. A list is posted prior to your coaching session. Bring your large cooler with ice packs to accomodate fresh food. I supply staple herbs and spices, small kitchen equipment for freezer prep, recipe cards, freezing supplies {bags and pans}, thawing box, cook/reheat labels, freezer inventory, menu planner and two instructional hours.
How Much Does It Cost?

Group {2 or more}
Just like any social woman, I love to coach groups of four. This was how my first coaching sessions began in my own home. I can bring pizazz to a bridal, birthday, baby shower or a girl's night out. Women can learn, laugh and bring home a cooler full of wholelicious meals for her family and friends. Contact me to book a group session in a home setting. Groups of more than four should consider a community club or center.
Cost: $40 coaching fee per person, plus groceries.
I have a desire to help busy moms enjoy her family. I am a busy mom of four authoring a blog, coaching and speaking. My ability to create forty-eight servings of mouth-watering whole food items is remarkable. In two hours, I will guide you through a one-on-one process of prepping, freezing, inventory, menu planning, thawing and enjoying the freshest, most wholelicous food you've ever created yourself!
Cost: $65 coaching fee, plus groceries.
