Why do I need Freezer Fairy?

Jackie has a phenomenal orgazational system to share with busy people. In two hours, I can lead you through six easy, yet wholelicious recipes your family will love. They are simple to thaw and cook in as little as fifteen minutes, excluding casseroles. My freezer inventory, thawing box and menu planner will have your meals receiving rave reviews. Add other menus to diversify your freezer inventory and teach yourself new skills.

What is wholelicous food?

Jackie believes fresh, colorful whole foods, made with out packaged seasonings containing MSG, preservatives or addititives should taste delicious. Each menu item is created and packaged in high quality brand name freezer bags and disposable trays with the least amount of air possible, thus giving your products the best taste, texture and quality.

What is the total cost of a Freezer Fairy Session?

A private coaching session is $60, plus the cost of food. A group session of two to four is $50 per person, plus the cost of food. Each person carries home a cooler with forty-eight servings. At nintey-six cents, that's less than $1 per serving! Groups of ten or more may contact me for a group rate and and a suggested menu.

How and when do I pay for my session?

Payments must be made prior to your session.I will send you a paypal invoice securing your session date and time. Please notify me immediately of any changes. If you are unable to attend, I ask you to politely call/text me and please reschedule. Your payment will be held for a future class.

 

What if I'm new to cooking and freezing?

Never fear, I am a former foods and nutrition teacher with patience and a passion for teaching others. You may want to consider a private coaching session for a slower pace, but you can still learn and benefit greatly from a group session as well. Don't be intimidated by the amount of whole foods you're purchasing, just be prepared to create and take a whole lot of wholelicious food home in your cooler.

What supplies will I need?

You are responsible for your own grocery supplies, such as fresh meat, poultry, seafood and produce and a large cooler and ice packs to accomodate forty-eight servings. Freezer Fairy supplies recipes, two instructional hours, freezer supplies {bags and pans}, most staple herbs and spices, small kitchen equipment for freezer prep, thawing box, freezer inventory and a reproducible menu plan to implement your forty-eight servings!

How long will my freezer food last?

​Because give you hands-on instruction how to squeeze, seal and wrap your menu items carefully, you can rest assured your food will last two to four months or until you crack open your freezer to enjoy. Food storage varies by menu item. 

Do the menus change?
Menus change quarterly according to the season and what tastes wholelicious. Notice how our spring/summer menu takes advantage of summer grilling flavors. Fall menus will encompass more hearty one-dish meals and crock pot soups, stews and chowders. A shoe box bread session will be coming soon, as well as other specialty sessions.

Will the freezer food taste soggy or have freezer burn?

I teach you freezing fundamentals to prevent soggy products or freezer burn. My ten plus years of freezer cooking experience ensures an awesome prep, cook, thaw, enjoy experience.

Can I travel with my freezer food?

I always travel with menu items. I am notorious for taking her wholicious food on picnics, vacations, parties and above all, I love to give to others. Incorporate your freezer food when you want to spend more time with your family and less time in the kitchen.
