I am a wife of a middle school teacher, a busy mom of four children, ages three to thirteen. I am a passionate Christ follower founding Mom on a Misson, a freezer cooking group which serves the poor and the needy in my community monthly.

My education includes a B.S. in family and consumer sciences education and a master's degree in secondary education. I am a food blogger, speaker, writer and soon to be author of my first ebook.

My freezer cooking journey began with my first child in 2000 and I have over a decade of experience taste-testing, sharing, teaching and giving freezer cooking lessons to women in all states via my blog. I have an extraordinary curriculum teaching women how to freezer prep forty-eight wholelicious servings in two hours, I'd love to share with you.



For over a decade, my mission has:



• fed thousands of people wholelicious meals
• equipped women to be confident in the kitchen
• taught women how to minister to others via freezer cooking
• encouraged families to eat whole foods and freeze
